CONSULTATIONS

If you feel you are not ready for a home visit but would like to spend one on one time discussing your unique situation with Andalene, then a consultation is the better option. This is billed at an hourly rate of R350 per hour.

HOME VISITS

During a home visit Andalene comes addresses the unique problems or concerns that you might have regarding parenting styles, temperaments, discipline issues such as eating, sleeping, time out and much more. A home visit preferably involves the whole family. It is a practical tailor made program where routine is established to suit the unique needs and dynamics of each family.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A HOME VISIT

Time slots for a Home Visit:

The duration of a home visit is approximately 3 hours and can be scheduled for either, 9am – 12pm, 1pm – 4pm or 5pm – 8pm Monday to Saturday. (Sundays only by special arrangement)

Rates for greater Cape Town area:

• Weekdays - Monday to Friday

Home visits scheduled for 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm cost R750 (plus a R50 - R100 travelling expenses if outside of the

Northern Suburbs)

Home visits scheduled for 5pm -8pm cost R850 (plus a R50 - R100 travelling expenses if outside of Northern Suburbs)

• Weekends – Saturdays & Sundays* (Sundays by special arrangement)

Home visits (all time slots) scheduled costs R850 (plus a R50 – R100 travelling expense if outside of Northern Suburbs)

Rates for Port Elizabeth, East London, Gauteng:

•  Weekdays - Monday to Friday

Home visits scheduled for 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm cost R850 (inclusive of travel)

Home visits scheduled for 5pm – 8pm cost R950 (inclusive of travel)

•  Saturdays & Sundays* (Sundays* only by special arrangement)

Home visits (all time slots) scheduled cost R950 (inclusive of travel)

SKYPE SESSIONS

Either of the above can be done via a Skype session.  A Skype session is very useful for when Andalene is not coming to your town!  This is done via Video Skype or a Skype Call and also costs R350 per hour. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A SKYPE CONSULTATION

A 1 (one) hour Skype Consultation costs is R350.00.

A 3 (three) hour Skype Consultation can also be arranged to include your child/children. 

The cost for the 3 (three) hour consultation is R800.

Payment Arrangements

When a home visit is booked the client will receive a deposit invoice in advance to the appointment. A 50 % deposit is payable to secure the appointment. The balance is payable within 14 days after the appointment. If a home visit is cancelled within a week before it should be taking place a

50 % cancellation fee is payable. We understand that sometimes a family desperately requires help and cannot afford to pay the home visit upfront or within one month. For this a payment arrangement can be made with our Administration Department on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Appointments are subject to change if unavoidable circumstances arise, but will always be rescheduled to meet the client’s needs.
